S2D Spots is a general-audience service intended for users age 13 and older. Users under the age of legal majority need permission from a parent or guardian. Independent accounts for children under 13 are not permitted at launch.
The S2D Adventures house, ordinary guides, and essential Adventure Cards remain free and open. S2D Spots membership tiers apply only to the community platform and its optional premium tools.
Free members can build one Adventure Passport, save spots, collect standard stamps, and post honest Adventure Notes. S2D Spots Plus is an optional paid subscription that adds keepsake and family tools. Plan pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown clearly before any charge.
Members may only post about experiences they genuinely had. Fake reviews, purchased reviews, AI-generated reviews presented as personal experience, incentives conditioned on a positive rating, and coordinated manipulation are prohibited. Honest critical reviews that follow these policies are welcome and will not be removed simply for being negative.
Members retain ownership of the content they submit. Members grant S2D a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service, subject to the member's chosen privacy controls and applicable law. Exact license language is subject to attorney review.
Travel, mapping, location, weather, and outdoor-activity information is provided for general guidance and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify conditions and follow official guidance. S2D is not responsible for third-party services, tickets, lodging, or reservations.
S2D may moderate, hide, or remove content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Members can report content and appeal decisions.
